Our Kalamon Olives are submitted to a multiple traditional process for a period of at least two months. The olives are preserved and served in slightly salted premium quality extra virgin olive oil or salmuera in order to preserve the taste and the highly nutritious ingredients, fresh for your salads and your cocktails.
